Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union, as well as selected non-EU European countries. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact our support team.

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Times & Costs
Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination:

  • Standard Shipping (EU): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (EU): 1–3 business days

  • Non-EU Europe: 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

6. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.

7. Incorrect Address
If you provide an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.

8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
